Wentworth Admissions

Wentworth College has an open admission policy which means that all students who apply for admission are accepted if they provide proof of one of the following:

                         -High school graduation

                         -GED equivalency certificate

                        

Some classes and special programs may have additional requirements for acceptance.  The applicant should contact their high school and ask that official transcripts be sent to the address in the left column.

 

To accommodate the numerous enrollment needs of our students, Wentworth offers one-16 week and two-8 week terms during the fall and spring semesters.  We also offer one-10 week and two-5 week terms during the summer.  Classes are offered at Lexington, Cameron, Lamar, Sheldon, and Hermitage.  Applications are accepted by the Admissions Office on a year round basis.  Specific questions about admissions or enrollment can be directed to the Wentworth College Admissions Office

 

Type of Students and criteria for admission (coming soon):

 

Dual Enrolled High School Student (dual enrolled in college and high school courses)

High School and Home School Students (attending Wentworth prior to high school graduation)

First Time Freshmen (attending college for the first time since high school graduation)

Transfer Student (Students who have college credit earned from another accredited college or university)

Visiting Student (students wishing to take Wentworth classes and transfer them back to their home institution)
